"My husband and I just bought a new car and called to have this new car added to our existing policies. Nico Staffanell (from the Dylan Carter - State Farm Insurance Agent) spent a lot of time with us helping us figure out the best coverage and approach that would not significantly increase our current premiums. Not only was he patient and answered all of the questions we had, he also guided us such that in the end we now have even better coverage across all of our vehicles and paying less than we would have if we stayed with our current policies and just added the new car. "Spoke to heather for over 2 hours total including quote generation and actually buying the policy! She was suuuuuper patient with me and all the tweaks I had to make to compare prices! She suggested the best tailored bundle for me, and I’m super happy with it!
Definately highly recommend them if you value customer service, a patient and active listener and feel like ur talking to a human rather than a robotic sounding agent who just does this for a living.

"I used to think of statefarm as a wonderful agency until the moment of true came. Back with the previous huracane we had in the fall of 2024 one of my rentals had mayor tree damage these company refuse to pay the roof repairs, they argue that the roof could be partially fixed. No contractor in my area want it to spot fix do to shingles being to old to tide the new ones with the old ones, the shingles were destroyed, not only that, the tree went through the roof and end it up inside the kitchen. We’re in 2026 and I still haven’t recovered a single payment for the repairs.
I paid for everything out of pocket and I submitted all invoice and copy of statements where it shows what I’ve paid but, nothing yet.
I strongly recommend to explore and consider other companies base on results with their client and not for what they can promise when they want your business."
